Session 2 - Secrets of Internet Marketing (11:00am - 12:15pm)

We'll explain some key tools and techniques that many businesses are unaware of, but which can quickly and easily transform your online marketing and the target market insights that are available to you.

Session 3 - The Power of Market Research (1:30pm - 2:45pm)
This session might be better entitled "How to Stop Wasting Time and Start Focusing"!
For those not involved in the Market Research industry, this topic can at first appear to be dry, mundane, and an expensive luxury. But this session will bring in to sharp relief the power of market research to rapidly focus your energies based on facts rather than fantasy, and use accurate data about your customers, competitors, and market opportunities to improve the quality of your decision making.
It will also show you simple market research opportunities which are right under your nose, even for those with a limited budget, and why it really will cost you much more if you DON'T research.
Session 4 - Social Media for Business (3:00pm - 4:15pm)
Is Social Media worth the investment of your time and money, and is it relevant in your industry? We’ll help you understand how it works, what it will and won’t do, and how to set realistic social media marketing objectives. You'll learn what's hype and what's helpful about Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, and how you can potentially leverage them for your business objectives through integrated marketing activities.
